Firstly, create a react project using Vite. Create a folder on desktop and open it up in vscode. Open terminal in vscode and type in ``npm create vite@4.1.0``` Run the project from VS code instead of the terminal. Back in the day we used to create React applications using the create react app (CRA) tool which is no longer the suggested way to create React apps, instead we now use Vite which is a much faster tool to create React applications.
