Balatro is a bit like Chess; You need quick thinking to react to the board you're given and strategize the best play at any given moment. Some of that strategy, very similarly, comes in the form of _book moves_ , plays that are equal game-to-game. Some players have their own standard; Always go hearts, always go kings, always go photochad. But some opt for the ever so flexible *jacks* , which almost always pays off, well at least until you are faced with *this* joker. The first person to run out of lives loses. Balatro is a poker roguelike deck building game centered around creating powerful synergies and winning with big hands. In it, you can combine valid poker hands with unique Jokers in order to create varied synergies and builds. Earn enough chips to beat blinds, including challenging boss blinds, to make it to the next ante and progress your run! Edited by @xxgghh
