This song came from the heart. I had just moved cities and couldn't find any place to rent... Basically, during 2023, the rental market of Montreal was in extremely short supply, and the landlords knew it... I got practically scammed by a landlord who demanded a MASSIVE deposit just to secure the spot and 1500$ a month for a place that should've been 1000$... Worse, I didn't have the option of moving back in with my parents. This is because they weren't around anymore... I had no savings and my only income was the music I post on here. I had to act fast because suddenly, I was on the brink of bankruptcy. I was insanely stressed but, by sheer force of will, I created THREE music videos in 3 months... So yeah.
