Sorry about the odd glitches in the timelapse portion of the video. I am still having to record the timelapse part using a different computer than the one I use for building and for the "tour" portion. I build the Ziggurat of Ur as close to scale as I could get; unfortunately, I started losing details as the pieces got smaller. I made the best of it and made it look fairly accurate I think. I didn't add any of the weeping holes because they looked very strange when I tried adding it to the large blocky minecraft style of the building. I designed this Ziggurat of Ur based on information and pictures I found on various sites that I will list below. I spent 5-6 hours total over two days researching and designing this building. This was much faster to design than my other designs, but that was mostly because it was much simpler of a design. Ziggurat of Ur Information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Ziggurat_of_Ur http://www.ancient-wisdom.co.uk/iraqur.htm http://www.mesopotamia.co.uk/ziggurats/explore/zig.html Ziggurat of Ur Schematic: http://www.mediafire.com/?n6lufwen8sen7ea The schematic for this is hollow. The area under the building is completely unlit so make sure to be on peaceful if you plan to put anything in it after adding it to the map. Schematic2Blueprint: http://klaue.net16.net/programme/ownprogs/java/schematic2blueprint.en.php This program does exactly as its name says. It converts schematic files into a layer by layer image. Maximizing the program will make the grid easier to see since this is a very large project. I found a song that I liked for the video that I thought might be decent, unfortunately, it was a bit short so it ends before the video is over...
