The Demon's Name Is Surveillance. We all live in surveillance states at this point, nothing new there. What I wanted to do here is show you how surveillance footage can be turned into actual filmmaking; and, surprisingly, I found a whole bunch of projects that do this, all in the world of Essay Films.
