From the "Star Trek: TOS" episode 'Arena' on the Star Trek: TOS - The Roddenberry Vault Blu-ray. Normally it is the newer logo that may have an older logo's theme by mistake. In this case, it's the other way around. You may be wondering how could CBS let this happen. The answer is simple. All of the other episodes included on this Blu-ray set have the CBS TV Distribution logo plaster this CBS Paramount logo. This is simply a matter of an incomplete plaster. Because of this incomplete plaster, we get the only appearance the "Eye in the Sky" logo has made on Blu-ray.
