We started the day by clearing out a quick horde near the base before focusing on some major upgrades back home. One of the biggest additions was our brand-new Freezer, giving us a massive 300 pounds of food storage and making long-term survival much easier. We also crafted what many players consider the best melee weapon in the game — the powerful Claw Sword! With our base upgraded and our vehicle repaired, we set out for Loon Lake on a mission that has haunted us for multiple seasons. Hidden somewhere in the region was the elusive Advanced Pickaxe, one of the most important tools in VEIN.
