The Demo's Leprose Lichen has been by far his best add-on ever since the 4.7.0 update in 2021. And despite being nerfed since, the Lichen still stands out due the simple fact that the rest of his add-ons are overall terrible, something that hasn't changed since he originally came out six years ago. With other popular add-ons getting nerfed (Barb's Glasses, Lifeguard Whistle...), it seems that the Lichen will continue to overshadow everything else possibly forever.
