(PC Engine) Thursdays - Demon's Souls (PS3) Fridays - D2 (Dreamcast) Saturdays - Assorted Sega Saturn games Sundays - Assorted one-offs or games sent to my PO Box Chat rules: * No harassment of any kind. * No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, fatphobia, or other such things. * Nothing overly sexual. This is a pure and chaste stream. * No self-promotion unless given permission. * No spamming (this includes asking the same question over and over), ya goofs. Birthday Machine rules: * When you make a request, please let me know what name I should enter into the Machine. Usernames are fine as long as they're not inappropriate. * The Machine must only be summoned on actual birthdays, not before or after (unless I was unable to stream on your birthday.) * The Machine must only be summoned for living people who watch the stream (so no ghosts, horses, people you know who aren't viewers, etc.) * The Machine must not be summoned until at least 20 minutes into the stream, or else it might get summoning sickness. * Please do not use chat to try and call my attention to other people's Birthday Machine requests. If it seems like I missed a request I am likely just waiting for a good break in the game to get to it. * If you think I genuinely did miss your request, feel free to make it a second time. If you think I missed someone else's request, see the previous rule. * The Machine has the right to not be summoned, which may happen for various reasons, some of which are unknowable to any except the Machine. No, I play on physical systems. For Game Boy / Color / Advance games I use the GameCube's "Game Boy Player" attachment. For Virtual Boy games I use a console modded with video output. For PSP games I use the PSP 3000's video output mode. * (Do you stream PC games?) No, I only stream console and portable games. * (What do you use to capture your gameplay?) I use either a Framemeister XRGB Mini, a RetroTINK 2X Pro, or a Toshiba D-R560 DVD player for upscaling older systems to HDMI, and then an Elgato Game Capture HD60s to capture the HDMI. For software I use OBS. * (Why do you play some games on "Easy" mode?) This is a very casual stream, and I play most games here in a laid-back, often suboptimal way. * (Why aren't the games fullscreen?) Because we're in a peaceful valley. PO Box: If you'd like to send me a game, you can send it to my PO Box! Note: I will not be able to return your game, so don't mail anything you don't intend to lose forever. I also reserve the right not to play the game you've sent (if you send something not suitable for the stream, for instance.) Please ask me first before sending: * Any "M" rated games. I do play "M" rated games on stream but I'm much more selective about them. * First / third person shooters. Same as above - I do play them on stream but I am much more selective. * Reproduction cartridges. Most repro carts (especially NES / SNES / Genesis) use voltage-mismatched circuit boards that slowly damage your console, so I try to limit the repro carts I play. * Any game of a medical nature.
