this time you can either plead guilty you're not guilty a not guilty plea will result in you being held until an arraignment can be held at which a formal indictment will be presented and you will be could you just explain the charges please could you just explain them uh if you were to plead guilty you will simply I know like you haven't had much rest recently but if you could just explain the charges that' be awesome sir you know what Clark you take this over I have to think about the explanation of the charges you heard what they were congratulations guilty or not guilty oh yeah could you were trying to walk into an act of bank robbery uh next is threats of violence of a government official you threatened me multiple times wait so you're charging me after you let me go you're charging getting charged after she let me go if you do not feel that you are guilty of those crimes you can enter a non-guilty plea uh what was the last crime sorry I I explained all of this to you now twice if you do not understand them and you do not feel you are guilty of them or may not be guilty and do not want to make a decision right now you can do that and plead not guilty yeah could you just not guilty well I can't say either until I know how so this is going to be a refusal to plea that is going to be a hold until trial um or until you formally request a uh visitation by a judge to where the swamp that sounds like my type of woman oh so are we going to be safe tonight then oh I'm sure we will be hopefully there so as of as of late you know the county the state of New Haven has been a
