Older summaries of whole games or campaigns, in the 'season 1' style aka mostly off the cuff ranting and not-very-edited thoughts. Constantly repeating myself, general 'special interest self-expression rambling' with minimal intention of being listened to seriously, not enough research etc.

UPDATE: I unlisted this commentary because I thought I went too hard on the game. Basically the problems are that it contains certain parts that require some explanation to use, and they didn't match my expectations, causing lots of disappointments /overhype deflations. Those fuelled a lot of my wishes and demands I make in this video. That said, taking them on their own might make them seem better, so my ranting is probably of limited use here. I hope to one day make a more useful gameplay commentary, so I have left this one unlisted for the time being. ORIGINAL: In this seemingly endless commentary, I spew out my thoughts on basically everything I come across in this indy space-sim-like game, and get mad about quite a lot for not being what I dreamed of. Even halfway in you'll be thinking 'surely he's done ranting now?', but there is always more. Welcome to a journey into the world of mount-and-blade-like game design from a self-proclaimed expert in this niche field, and also witness the laborious rise of the OffyD Corp to dominate the Starsector. Apologies for the lack of background audio for the first while, as my pointless commentary on the options menu and then the combat tutorial both have no music. I was going to add some but forgot, and I can't face the task of re-rendering this heap of data again, let alone uploading it. But in many ways, the quiet contemplation of my erudite and striking arguments should leave you in such a trance that any other audio would have gone unnoticed anyway.
