This week the Bricklink grind continues… and so does the expansion! With over 45,000 parts added to the store in just one week, the sprint toward 1 million parts is well and truly back on track. Orders have stayed nice and steady, but most of the action has been behind the scenes as I overhaul the store layout, add new picking locations, and refine the pick path to prepare for the next big phase of growth. There’s plenty of setup, shifting, planning, and optimisation—plus a tasty LEGO Star Wars minifigure side project brewing in the background that you’ll want to keep an eye on.
