I finally reached level 7-99 of the Cosmic Ocean in Spelunky 2! I've died on 7-98 and 7-97 previously and had to take a long break to recover physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. And wouldn't you know it, my first attempt in a few months was a cake walk! Spelunky HD and Spelunky 2 are both tremendously special games to me -- having my name in the credits of both, being the person to name Monty and it be made canon, and even being the fox that's part of the Udjat Eye room back wall mural. I knew I'd reach 7-99 someday, but I was never in a rush because I knew it'd be magical when it happened. Thank you, Derek.
