We took a close look at both bull flags and bear flags, exploring how these formations develop and how traders can use them to identify potential targets. Our discussion covered swing targets as well as targets based on the length of the flag pole pattern, providing practical insight into different approaches. We also examined how a break above resistance or a Close Above the High of the Low Day (CAHOLD) can serve as an entry signal when working with bull flag patterns. On the flip side, for bear flag patterns, we walked through how a break below support or a Close Below the Low of the High Day (CBLOHD) might be considered an entry signal.
