Mainly the city background just wasn't a very good idea in general. This update changes the background, changes many pulses throughout to make the level overall a little darker, and just some updates to some things to make them look better in my opinion. To be verified by @Blebae Obviously this level still has some issues, but due to it being in active verification, I didn't really have that much time to do major changes.
