This is the raw, behind the scenes journey to $1,000,000. Every stream, I am building BridgeMind, an AI vibe coding platform, completely in public. The wins, the losses, the ARR numbers, the model tests, all of it is live. No scripts. No filler. Just a founder shipping every day until we hit a million.

Stop typing. Start shipping. BridgeMind is officially launching BridgeVoice — the voice-to-text tool built specifically for vibe coding. Get BridgeVoice today with BridgeMind Pro → https://bridgemind.ai 🎁 50% off your first 3 months of BridgeMind Pro — use code: BRIDGEVOICEFOUNDER at checkout After months of dogfooding it myself (63,000+ words transcribed), BridgeVoice is now available on Windows, Mac, and Linux with the BridgeMind Pro Plan. 💬 Join 7,000+ Builders: https://bridgemind.ai/discord In this video, I demo BridgeVoice's core features live — from near-immediate push-to-talk transcription into Claude Code, to the game-changing ability to switch between local on-device transcription (fully private, no internet needed) and cloud transcription (100+ languages, ultra-accurate). I also walk through two features no other voice-to-text tool has: the Dictionary, which auto-converts spoken words into repo references like @bridgeMindAPI so your coding agents instantly know which codebase to work in, and Custom Instructions, which enhance and format your raw voice prompts using best-practice prompt engineering techniques before they hit the AI. Here are the custom instructions I use inside BridgeVoice: Always use proper capitalization and punctuation. Format variable and function names in camelCase. Format class names and components in PascalCase. Format file paths and shell commands exactly as spoken. When I say "new line," insert a line break. When I say "open bracket" or "close bracket," insert the appropriate symbol. Expand common coding shorthand: "func" → function, "const," "let," "var" as spoken. Keep technical terms lowercase unless they are acronyms (e.g., API, SDK, UI). Do not add filler words or conversational phrases — output clean, literal text ready to paste into code or docs. Every tool inside BridgeMind Pro is one I use to ship every single day. This isn't a product built in a vacuum — it's built by a vibe coder, for vibe coders. ⏱️ Chapters 00:00 Stop Typing, Start Shipping — BridgeVoice Is Here 00:23 Live Demo — Push-to-Talk Into Claude Code 00:48 Local vs Cloud Transcription — Why Both Matter 01:26 The Dictionary — Voice-to-Repo References 02:18 Custom Instructions — Automated Prompt Engineering 03:03 Why I Dogfood Every BridgeMind Tool 03:24 How to Get BridgeVoice — Platforms, Pricing, and 50% Off What is BridgeMind?
