Each player chooses 2 characters and places both on Go, each taking both character cards. Each player starts with 20 coins. When setting up the boss deck, only include the numbers: 1,2,3,5,6, and 8. During the game, after you roll both dice, you may pick which of your characters you want to take a turn with. After that turn, flip that characters card face-down. You may not use a character whose card is face-down. If both cards are face-down; flip them both face-up. Any ability that would affect all other players, only affects your opponent, and they choose which of their pieces it affects. Green shells do not hit your own characters, only your opponent’s. If one of your characters is in jail, you must pick whether to pay and roll to get that character out of Jail before you roll both dice to take your turn.
