Something special this time. I had the chance to interview Norman Garschke via Skype, he's the drummer who played the drums on Toontrack's Superior Drummer 3. Norman is not only a professional drummer, but also Toontrack's territory manager for Germany and most of all a great and nice guy. I talked with Norman about the recording process of Superior Drummer 3, how and why they chose the drums, about the improvements for e-drums and working with legendary recording engineer George Massenburg.
