Mental Health of all people is incredibly important to me and my family so going forward Im going to be reacting to anything you guys out there want me to; To all Veterans and Families jump on board and just maybe you will laugh or freak out at my content, it's a great channel just to play and think of something else I know your pain, I've been there and still am I'm sober after 16 years of Drug and Alcohol abuse due to my Service and Family tragedy I've lost my Child and the Mother of my Children but you need to get back up and fight that's what Soldiers do! Mental Health is incredible important to me and my family and Music has had a hand in helping me into the person I am today. Mental Health should not be suffered in silence we as a society need to recognise this and never push to the side to say 'To Hard Basket" Always seek help and never suffer alone, if you too are a sufferer always reach out to someone you trust. Never try and do it alone because it may start out small but in time it will intensify and I don’t want to see another human suffer my fate, Im a conduit to Mental Health never try and hide it because you have nothing to be ashamed of.
